Kingdom Gate School exists to provide quality, holistic, and Christ-centered education to equip children with skills needed to live fully for the Kingdom of God.
OUR VISION
Our vision is to utilize Christ-centered education to disciple the nation of Rwanda and lay a strong foundation for the next generation. The local Christian teachers are trained to teach effectively and in partnership with Jesus Christ. Through promoting creativity and individualism, our students are empowered to grow into honorable servants that will positively impact all areas of society.
OUR CORE VALUES
These 5 core values are based on our relationship with Jesus Christ. They serve to remind us of what we stand for and how we can best continue our work of serving this community.
BIBLICAL TRUTH - We choose to base our personal and professional lives on the truth found in Scripture. We serve others, speak kindly, live humbly, and love unconditionally. (Micah 6:8, Mark 10:42-45, Philippians 2:3-4)
DIVINE GUIDANCE - We seek God for wisdom and direction concerning teaching, decision making, and provision at Kingdom Gate. (James 1:5, Psalm 32:8-9)
HOLISTIC FOCUS - We believe that education is only the first step in impacting this community. We incorporate other programs that promote financial stewardship, living proactively, and healthy family relationships. (Proverbs 10:4, Ephesians 6:1-4)
COMPASSION - As we strive to imitate Christ, we offer compassion and grace to everyone we encounter. Being compassionate towards our students and the needs in this community, produces a deep desire to continue our work here in Busanza. (Colossians 3:12, Matthew 7:12)
PARTNERSHIP - From the parents of our students to financial donors across the world, partnerships are foundational for accomplishing our mission. We love to invite people into what God is doing at Kingdom Gate. (Psalm 133:1, Romans 12:4-5)
KINGDOMGATE RWANDA PROFILE
Kingdom Gate Rwanda is a child focused NGO created in 2016 as a mission to facilitate comprehensive and integrated services for children, women, youth, and other vulnerable people in Rwanda, specifically in Busanza. We use child-centered community development approaches to strengthen the whole community. Our approach seeks to ensure every child is fully supported, protected, and equipped to enjoy a self-sustained life as much as possible.

OUR 5 YEAR GOALS
- Extension of school land.
- Infrastructure improvements.
- Training to reinforce Christian education in the nursery and primary programs and other ministries directed towards community.
- School feeding to include daily provision of snack and lunch, growing fruits and vegetables, and farming of small domestic animals.
- Community development in the form of our Savings Group program, Prayer and Evangelism, Youth Empowerment, and the Single Women Association promoting small businesses.
